The villa, built in 1612 during the lively baroque period, is a slice of history where Venice's influence was all the rage along the Adriatic. It stands proudly as a heritage monument, lovingly protected by the Institute for the Protection of Cultural Monuments. Its stunning stone baroque balcony offers jaw-dropping views of the Riva esplanade and the bustling harbour. Just a stone's throw away, modern yachts and classic sailboats line the waterfront, adding to the picturesque scenery.

With more than 400m2 of space, 5 bedrooms, and an ensuite bathroom, it comfortably accommodates groups of up to 10 people. An internal wooden staircase connects all three levels of the house.

The lower level is a true haven for hedonists—here you’ll find a Jacuzzi, sauna, massage room (accessed via the pool), and a wine cellar.

The ground floor features a fully equipped kitchen and a spacious dining room with access to the yard, where the scents of lavender and jasmine will surround you. On this floor, there are 2 bedrooms with bathrooms: one with a king-size bed and the other with 2 single beds. The sunny, cozy living room is the perfect place to gather with a glass of wine and take in the million-dollar sea view.

At the very top of the house, like the cherry on top, is the master bedroom, from whose bed you can see the island of Palmižana. On the same floor are 2 more bedrooms with bathrooms (one with a double bed and the other with 2 single beds).Every part of the house exudes luxury, history, and elegance. PARTIAL VILLA RENTAL (exclusive use)
– Only in period 01.04.2025. – 02.05.2025. and 20.09.2025. – 02.11.2025. – 650 € per day.
These include ground floor and first floor – 2 (two) bedrooms (up to 4 person), and all the extra space and facilities: living room, library, kitchen, dining room, garden, spa (sauna, whirlpool, massage room, indoor pool-unheated). Pool heating is possible as an option and will be charged 50 euro per day.
