Outside peak dates you can often book 1 day in advance. In July–August and on weekends, book several days ahead. Most services allow free cancellation up to 48 hours before start; within 48 hours fees may apply depending on the provider.
Send your dates, preferred time (breakfast/lunch/dinner) and any dietary notes. We confirm availability within a few hours. For multi-day service we take a 30% deposit to secure the schedule. You can discuss the final menu directly with the chef or we’ll relay the details for you.
During June–August, rentals are day-based. You can return early, but day rates apply. In pre/post season we can sometimes arrange half-day use—send an inquiry and we’ll try to accommodate.
Yes! Email your list and any brand preferences. We shop locally and deliver before check-in. You pay store receipts plus a 15% service fee on the total.
Absolutely. We arrange intimate events (birthdays, anniversaries, small weddings) with venue owner approval and neighbor notice. We can coordinate décor, flowers, musicians/klapa, photography, catering and staffing.
