Generally, we provide a full hospitality service that includes cleaning, but if you’re a homeowner in Hvar, you can reach out to us just for cleaning services—even when the home isn’t rented out to guests. It mostly depends on our schedule and availability, but you’ll get a same-day response.

Our website primarily features properties that use our full service, but we’re open to collaboration with four-star houses and apartments that already have management in place—or whose owners manage them themselves—but want to offer guests a top-tier experience and keep them coming back.

Yes! We live in Hvar, and we look after all the houses we manage even when their doors are closed to guests. That’s the time for small repairs, painting walls, replacing old furniture, hiring electricians, and tending to the garden. Since we’re on an island where humidity is high and there’s a strong influence of sea and salt, we pay special attention to regularly airing out the houses to prevent any possibility of mold or dampness.
