On the ground floor, you’ll find a living room with an open mini-bar, connected to the kitchen and dining area. The terrace with a round table is ideal for enjoying breakfast outdoors. A few steps up, there is a bedroom with two single beds, an en-suite bathroom, and a Juliet balcony.

At the very top, there’s a spacious bedroom with a large TV, a work area, and a large bathroom featuring both a bathtub and a shower. Certainly one of the villa’s highlights is the rooftop terrace with a sea view. The comfort of the luxurious lounge set invites the whole group to gather and enjoy the view of Palmižana and other islands, as the sun sets and creates the most beautiful scenery over the sea and town.

From the living area, going down the stairs, there is another bedroom with two single beds, an en-suite bathroom, and direct access to a terrace with a Jacuzzi and sun loungers. Two steps away is the second living room with a large TV and another bedroom with a double bed. On the same level, there is also a spacious separate bathroom and a laundry room equipped with a washing machine, dryer, iron, ironing board, and all necessary detergents.

With a total of four bedrooms and four bathrooms spread across different levels of the house, you can retreat to your own space and enjoy privacy even when the house is full.

In addition to the main house, the yard also features an annex—a small house consisting of a room with two single beds and a bathroom. For groups larger than eight people or for those who desire additional comfort, it can be booked for an extra charge of €175 per day.
