No smoking, No parties or events, The house is located in the very center of Hvar, and it’s important to respect the city regulations, which state that there should be no noise from 11 PM to 8 AM. Bed linen – changed once a week, if necessary, more often Towels- changed twice a week, if necessary, more often

Laundry

Payment policy

The guest is charged 30% of the total amount of the reservation upon confirmation. If canceled up to 30 days before, the guest loses the 30% paid.
