The luxury villa is set on an impressive 2,627 m² of private land, while the interior spans 350 m², thoughtfully distributed over three levels.

Bathed in natural light, Villa Vinea was designed by the renowned Studio 25.4mm and is the proud winner of the BIG SEE AWARD 2025. Both the interior and exterior radiate timeless luxury through the use of natural materials, soft neutral tones, and impeccable design in every detail. The attention devoted to each element is evident—especially knowing that the complete interior design was curated by Nina Miletić – Nikàrt, winner of the German Design Award for Excellent Product Design 2026.

Her award-winning THE SEIDO desk, recipient of a German Design Award, is proudly featured within the villa. Luxury is reflected not only in architecture and design, but also in the finest details—from premium bed linen and plush towels to carefully selected bathroom toiletries.

Villa Vinea offers four spacious bedrooms and four bathrooms, comfortably accommodating up to eight guests, with the option of hosting two additional guests on a high-quality sofa bed. On the lower level, guests will find a wine cellar stocked with selections from local Hvar wineries featuring a refined selection of the finest Croatian and international wines, along with a bedroom and en-suite bathroom located opposite.

The middle level is dedicated to an elegant open-plan living area, including a dining space with seating for eight and a fully equipped modern kitchen with state-of-the-art appliances. From several points, the interior opens onto a spacious terrace and landscaped courtyard with a swimming pool and comfortable outdoor lounge area—ideal vacation rental for sunset dinners, open-air barbecues, and uninterrupted views of the Adriatic Sea. A modern staircase leads to the upper level, where three additional en-suite bedrooms are located.

The master bedroom features not only a sleek contemporary bathroom but also a freestanding bathtub, offering a true spa-like experience. Soft beige tones, wood, and stone seamlessly blend the interior with the surrounding natural landscape. Due to its location, arriving by car is recommended; the villa provides private parking for four vehicles. A small local shop operates in Sveta Nedjelja during the summer season (from June 1st to the end of September), and with our villa pre-stocking service, everything you may need during your stay will be arranged in advance.

Grapes will be planted, and three years after their stay, each guest will receive a special package of "Beautiful Memories from Hvar"—a bottle of wine produced from the vineyard in Sveta Nedjelja, a location famous for some of the finest wines in Croatia, along with organic honey and lavender.
