The shaded area represents the interquartile range (P25-P75), containing the middle 50% of villa prices in this area.
Sources: Automated collection from booking platforms and property websites across Hvar Island using advanced scraping technology.
Dynamic Areas: Areas automatically promote to "Quality Status" at 10+ data samples. Areas with fewer samples are aggregated into "Rest of Island" for statistical reliability.
Self-Organizing: As competitor data accumulates over time, more areas graduate to individual quality status with full historical charts.
Always Quality: Your core business area (Hvar Town) maintains permanent quality status regardless of sample count.
Median/Average: Computed from daily price samples. Weekly data follows ISO weeks (Monday–Sunday), monthly data uses calendar months.
