This spacious and bright villa is ideal for groups of 6, with the option of pulling out the sofa for groups of up to 8 people. Right in front of the entrance, you have 3 private parking spaces, which makes the house perfect for those who want to explore Hvar by car.

The villa is located in the newer part of Hvar town. Because the entire town is situated on a hill, if you’re arriving by catamaran, we can arrange a taxi for you so you can avoid carrying luggage uphill. Otherwise, walking to and from the town is by no means a challenge and takes about 10 minutes at most.

On the ground floor, you’ll find one bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, a comfortable living room, a well-equipped large kitchen, and a dining area with access to the yard and pool. An elegant wrought-iron staircase leads to two master bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom and terrace offering views of the sea, Hvar, the fortress, and nature, as well as another bedroom with a bathroom adjacent to it.

On the first-floor mezzanine above the living area, there is a desk and a sofa bed that easily transforms into two single beds measuring 90 cm wide by 200 cm long. All the bedrooms are roughly the same size—spacious, air-conditioned, and equipped with a TV, a safe, and large closets for all your belongings.

We’re sure you’ll enjoy warm summer evenings the most in the yard, by the pool, with a barbecue and perhaps a glass of good wine. In the evening, the view from the yard of the illuminated Fortica fortress will surely be one of the highlights of both the house and your stay in Hvar.
